Stepping Stones embraced National Food Safety week by delivering workshops on the theme “What Goes on Behind Closed Doors”.
Our Training Coordinator Helen Jelly commented “Our team value the importance of good practice when it comes to food hygiene; our Coffee shops five star award for Scores on the Door is testament to this.”
During National Food Safety Week we raised the awareness of food safety at home and work, involving our trainees in workshop training sessions which complimented NVQ progression.
Our Vocational Training Officer, Sue Patterson said “Our team value the importance of good practice when it comes to food hygiene and work to excel in all aspects of this.”
