Our social enterprise Pink Elephant Cards scooped a High Commendation at the 2018 NI Wedding Awards at a gala event on Monday 29 January 2018.
Wedding industry specialists gathered at the Crown Plaza, Belfast for the awards event which showcased nominated finalists from across Northern Ireland.
Pink Elephant Cards, was nominated by the public and customers as a finalist with the judging panel selecting our social enterprise for a High Commendation.
The awards were attended by the Pink Elephant Cards staff team and senior management from Stepping Stones NI.
Trainee of Pink Elephant Cards were informed the next day of the award and were delighted to have received such recognition for their work.
Chief Officer of Stepping Stones NI, Paula Jennings comments on the award “We are very proud to have achieved a High Commendation in this category. The award reflects the quality and standard of the products that our trainees produce as well as the skill and talent of our design team. There was a lot of competition in this category and we are delighted to have stood out and to shine a light on social enterprise within the wedding industry”.
