We are delighted to announce that our first public workshop at Navigation House will take place on Friday 2 June 2023 from 10:00 am to 12:30 pm.
Summer Pots & Planters is now available for booking.
Learn how to create your own pots, planters, window-boxes and hanging baskets for the summer season. The workshop includes planting up and taking home your own
summer display.
You will learn about the different types of plants to use in summer displays as well as creative planting techniques. You will also learn how to choose the right pots, plants and colour combinations for your garden as well as soil mixes and watering tips to keep your blooms looking fresh.
The workshop is highly interactive with all materials and tools provided.
Navigation House is a social enterprise operated by multi-award winning charitable organisation Stepping Stones NI. Profits from all of our workshops are reinvested to support people with learning disabilities to develop new skills, qualifications and employment.
The workshop will include a tour of the garden with tea/coffee and traybakes on arrival.
Limited parking spaces are available onsite with further spaces at the overspill car park at the Premiere Inn ( 2 mins walk).
