Located just off the M1 motorway at Sprucefield, the historic and unique venue is perfect for meetings, small conferences or events to bring people together.
We have three rooms available or a full site hire that includes our beautiful and tranquil grounds perfect for a product launch, staff away day or celebration. We also provide our own catering and can build in horticulture and well-being activities for corporate away days.

Built in 1866, Navigation House is the former residence of the manager of the Lagan Canal with the house remaining in that use until the last superintendent of the canal left in 1954.
The historic site boasts a tranquil and unique setting and has been tastefully renovated to offer a versatile event and meeting space.
We are proud to hold the lease for this beautiful site adding to our portfolio of social enterprises here at Stepping Stones NI supporting people with learning disabilities to gain new skills in horticulture and well-being.
