Job Title: Catering Assistant (Casual)
Reporting to: Catering Operations Manager
Description:
We are recruiting a bank of casual Catering Assistants to supplement our existing staff team and support adults with learning disabilities within our busy catering social enterprises.
This role focuses on assisting with the service of food, maintaining high standards of hygiene, and providing person-centred support that encourages independence, confidence, and meaningful participation in work-based activities.
The ideal candidate will be patient, empathetic, and a strong communicator, with a genuine interest in supporting people to achieve their potential. You will be approachable, reliable, and able to build positive, trusting relationships, while adapting your support to meet individual needs in a fast-paced catering environment.
Front of house customer service experience essential, barista experience desirable as training can be provided.
Location: The Gatelodge Café, Newtownards
Salary: £12.21 per hour rising to £12.71 in April.
Hours of work: Casual hours

Creative Development Manager
Job Title: Creative Development Manager
Reporting to: Director of Social Enterprises & Operation
Responsible for:
- Leading the creative vision and product development of Pink Elephant.
- Delivering a structured learning programme to develop personal and employability skills for participants, mentoring and supporting them to fulfill their full potential.
- Driving business growth through innovation, marketing, and external partnerships.
- Overseeing operational planning, budgets, and project delivery.
Location: 39 Seymour Street, Lisburn
Salary: Circa £32,000 per annum
Hours of work: 37 hours per week (Monday-Thursday, 9am – 4.30pm, Friday 9am – 4pm) with occasional weekend / evening hours to meet the needs of the business
