Youth Service

Our Youth Service provides 16 – 24 year olds with tailored support to gain new skills, qualifications, and employment.

Our youth team has extensive experience supporting young people to overcome barriers. We understand the unique challenges that come with being neurodiverse, being autistic, dyslexic, or having a diagnosis of ADHD, a learning difficulty, or a mental health challenge.
Our team is passionate about supporting young people to reach their full potential.  We work in close connection with parents, carers, and young people to offer a diverse, inclusive, and engaging programme to develop each young person and support them towards their goals.

A Safe & Inclusive Space

Our Young People’s Success is Our Priority

We support our young people to build confidence, skills, and independence towards a brighter future. Our space is safe and inclusive.  We encourage, inspire, challenge, and celebrate.  Our difference is our brilliance, and we see so many positive changes happening through bringing so many different minds together.

We are extremely proud of our year-on-year 100% positive feedback rating from participants, parents, and carers about the impact that we make.

We know that confidence and self-esteem are key to success and that it’s the support that we provide that gets the results.

Personal Development & Confidence Building

We offer a vibrant mix of one-to-one and group mentoring, development opportunities, training, external trips, and qualifications.

We create experiences and opportunities that challenge and develop our young people, equipping them with life and problem-solving skills.

Through a structured 3-day programme, we support our young people to:

  • Build social and communication skills
  • Gain confidence and resilience
  • Develop friendships
  • Become more independent
  • Think about and plan for next steps in further education, accredited training, and employment
  • Try out work tasters and secure employment
