Employment & Training

Our employment and training service supports people with barriers to employment to develop new skills, qualifications and jobs.

We specialise in supporting people who are neurodiverse, including individuals with autism, ADHD, dyslexia and people facing mental health challenges and other barriers.

We provide tailored support so that our clients can secure and thrive in meaningful employment.

With strong connections to employers in retail, hospitality, catering, customer service, manufacturing and more, we support hundreds of people every year to gain training and employment opportunities which transform their futures.

Employment Academies & Fast Track

Our highly successful employment academies offer job ready training and a guaranteed interview with employers across various industries.  We have established relationships with employers such as Decora, EE, HCLTech, Henderson Group, OCS, Peacocks, Popeyes, Premier Inn and Swissport.

Each academy is specifically designed to offer job ready training in a comfortable and relaxed environment, providing an opportunity to meet the employer in advance of a guaranteed interview.

We also work with our employers to offer fast track to employment opportunities that provide a straight to interview process with on the job support when required.

Academies run weekly and include small group training sessions.  We work with employers to make reasonable adjustments for each candidate at interview and continue to support successful candidates on the job.

We are extremely proud of our 100% positive feedback rating from employers and academy participants.  Additionally, we have an impressive 88% retention rate for employees who secure jobs.   We firmly believe that with the right support every individual can go on to achieve their goals.
