Community Support

We are driven to make a meaningful difference. We work to create equal opportunities for individuals who face barriers to learning and employment and people with learning disabilities – empowering them to thrive in both life and work.

We are active across communities and work with our stakeholders to achieve our vision.  We reach out to community leaders and groups offering access to training and support that changes peoples lives for the better.

The impact of our work is evident in our results and in the testimonials from our range of stakeholders.

Our passionate and dedicated staff team are driven to change lives and are supported by our amazing volunteers who give their time and expertise to support our vision.

What we do

Our Youth Service provides 16 – 24 year olds not in education, training or employment with tailored support to gain new skills, qualifications and employment.
We operate six social enterprises in Lisburn and Newtownards. Each business serves as a realistic training platform for people with a learning difficulty.
We offer a range of accredited and non-accredited training to help you develop new skills. We’ll support you at your own pace to find and stay in employment.
