Our services are designed to meet the needs of clients at different stages of their journey.
Employment & Training
Our team is experienced in supporting individuals with a range of needs. We’ll work with you one-on-one to create a tailored development plan. With the right support, you’ll gain confidence, build self-esteem, develop skills, earn qualifications, and secure a paid job.
We help identify job interests, provide work tasters and placements, and offer support with job applications and interviews.
Our Careers Guidance Officer, Job Coaches, and Employment Officers are here to guide you, ensuring you gain the skills and confidence to find and keep a job.
With strong employer connections across various industries, we assist people in securing paid roles in retail, catering, hospitality, administration, and more.
