We’re thrilled to announce that since April this year, our Employment Team has supported 100 people into paid employment through our PROSPER Programme! This milestone highlights the impact of our tailored support, helping people overcome barriers and achieve meaningful work.

What is PROSPER?
PROSPER provides intensive, wrap-around support for economically inactive individuals, including those with disabilities, neurodiversity, autism, and/or mental health challenges, to help them move towards sustained employment.

Taking an individualised approach, PROSPER supports participants to achieve:

1. Employment & Career Progression – helping people find and maintain employment.

2. Numeracy & Financial Literacy – building essential skills for independence.

3. Accredited Qualifications – including experiential learning opportunities to boost confidence and experience.

4. Inclusion – ensuring every individual feels valued and supported.

5. Reduced Poverty – supporting pathways to financial stability.

6. Improved Health & Wellbeing – equipping participants with the tools to achieve employability.
