We were delighted to welcome Cancer Focus Northern Ireland to Navigation House last week, giving our staff the opportunity to take part in free health checks as part of our Health Champions initiative.

The checks included bone and muscle mass, total body water percentage, visceral fat rating, BMI, blood pressure, and blood glucose levels.

Jane, our training manager said:
“I loved the Health Bus today! It’s such a great reset button for the New Year. The Cancer Focus team are lovely, very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable — appreciate the chance to partake in this great initiative.”

It was a wonderful opportunity for our team to pause, reflect on their health, and start the year prioritising wellbeing. We look forward to continuing to support our staff in staying healthy and happy at work.
