Stepping Stones NI has been awarded the Level 3 Take 5 Steps to Wellbeing Accreditation, the highest level achievable, following a recent audit of the organisation’s workplace wellbeing activities.

This accreditation recognises Stepping Stones NI’s ongoing commitment to creating a positive, inclusive, and supportive workplace. It highlights the organisation’s dedication to embedding wellbeing into everyday practices that benefit both employees and the wider organisation.

The Take 5 Accreditation programme is delivered in partnership with Business in the Community and the South Eastern Health & Social Care Trust. It provides a framework for organisations to develop and measure workplace wellbeing initiatives, ensuring they are practical, effective, and sustainable.
