New Accessible Apprenticeship Programme Opens for Graduates in Lisburn & Castlereagh

Fully funded pathway supporting graduates to build a meaningful, professional career.

Graduates living in Lisburn & Castlereagh who are currently out of work or underemployed due to a disability or health condition are being encouraged to apply for the newly launched Accessible Apprenticeship Programme.

The fully funded programme is designed to help graduates develop valuable professional skills, gain recognised qualifications, and access meaningful career opportunities with inclusive employers.

Participants will benefit from:

  • Level 3 qualifications in areas such as Project Management and Microsoft Office
  • One-to-one mentoring and personalised career coaching
  • Opportunities to connect with inclusive employers actively seeking new talent
  • Tailored support with CV writing, application forms, and interview preparation

The programme offers more than training alone. It provides a structured pathway into sustainable employment, helping participants build confidence, develop in-demand skills, and progress into careers that recognise their potential.

Applications are now open for eligible graduates living in the Lisburn & Castlereagh area.
