Cook – The Courtyard Cafe, Lisburn
Job Title: Cook
Reporting to: The Courtyard Cafe Manager
Responsible for: Preparing and cooking high quality food whilst maintaining excellent standards of food safety and hygiene. You will also play a key role in supporting and mentoring team members with learning disabilities, helping them build skills, confidence and independence in a catering environment.
Location: The Courtyard Cafe, 39 Seymour Street, Lisburn but may on occasion be required to work at other locations as per the needs of the business.
Salary: £14.17 per hour
Hours of work: 37 hours per week; Monday – Wednesday 8:00am – 3:30pm, Thursday 8:00am-3:00pm, Friday 8:00am-3:30pm

Support Worker Temporary Part-Time
Job Title: Support Worker (Temporary Part-Time)
Reporting to: Director of Social Enterprises & Operations
Description:
We are looking for a bank of temporary Support Workers to provide high-quality, person-centred support to adults with learning disabilities across Stepping Stones NI’s social enterprises.
Postholders will enable individuals to participate meaningfully in work-based activities, develop practical and transferable skills, build confidence and independence, and work towards their personal and employment goals.
Working as part of a supportive and inclusive team, the postholder will help create safe, positive and empowering environments where individuals are encouraged to develop their abilities, make choices, take on new challenges and achieve their potential.
Location: Stepping Stones NI Social Enterprises across Lisburn and Newtownards
Salary: £12.71 per hour
Hours of work: Part-time flexible
