Job Title: Marketing Executive
Key Purpose of the Post: The Marketing Executive will play a key role in promoting Stepping Stones NI’s mission, increasing visibility, and raising awareness of our four core services and six social enterprises.
Reporting to: Director of Marketing & Communications
Responsible for: Developing, executing, and supporting marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and support for Stepping Stones NI’s mission. This includes promoting products, services, and initiatives to key audiences, including employers, prospective participants, parents/carers and the general public.
Location: Lisburn – 60/40 Hybrid after 6 months
Salary: £30,000
Pension: 7% employer contribution
Holiday entitlement: 25 Days and 11 statutory days
Hours of work: 37 hours per week Monday – Friday

Job Title: Job Coach ( Picture Framing)
Key Purpose of the Post: To identify the training needs of trainees and support the development of training to support those needs as well as contributing to the successful operation of the Picture Framing
Service. The Job Coach (Picture Framing) will work closely with customers to understand their needs, offering guidance on framing options while maintaining high levels of craftsmanship.
Reporting to: Head of Department
Responsible for: Have a key role in fulfilling customer picture framing orders by working directly on framing pictures, and support the implementation of a comprehensive training programme for our participants.
Location: Framing, Stepping Stones NI, 39 Seymour Street, Lisburn – 60/40 Hybrid after 6 months
Salary: £24,338 (pro rata)
Pension: 7% employer contribution
Holiday entitlement: 25 Days and 11 statutory days (pro rata)
Hours of work: 29.5 hours per week. Tuesday-Thursday 9am-4.30pm, Friday 9am-4pm.
