On Friday 26th September, Stepping Stones NI was delighted to welcome employers from across the Lisburn & Castlereagh area to the Irish Linen Centre & Lisburn Museum for the launch of our Be Inclusive Diversity & Inclusion Workshop.

Delivered by our experienced trainers Jane, Andy, and Louise, the interactive workshop gave employers practical tools and insights on how embracing diversity can foster innovation, strengthen teams, and drive business growth.

The event formed part of the Lisburn & Castlereagh City Council Labour Market Partnership, funded by the Department for Communities, which aims to support local businesses and create inclusive employment opportunities.

We were also pleased to welcome Mayor Alderman Amanda Grehan and Councillor Claire Kemp, Regeneration & Growth Chair, who joined employers in championing the importance of inclusion in the workplace.
