Stepping Stones NI is delighted to announce the publication of its Impact Report 2024–2025, celebrating a year of achievement, growth, and life-changing outcomes for people who face barriers to learning and employment.

The report highlights the collective impact of Stepping Stones NI’s services, social enterprises, partnerships, and dedicated staff and volunteers, demonstrating how inclusive training and employment pathways continue to transform lives and strengthen communities

Key Impact Highlights 2024–2025

Over the past year, Stepping Stones NI achieved significant outcomes:

• 531 people with a disability or health condition received employment support

• 201 individuals supported into meaningful employment

• 307 accredited qualifications gained by 176 participants

• 32 industry-led academies delivered

• 100% satisfaction reported by employers, trainees, and parents/carers
