Stepping Stones NI, in partnership with Lisburn & Castlereagh City Council through the Labour Market Partnership, will deliver a Diversity and Inclusion workshop designed specifically for businesses in the Lisburn and Castlereagh area.

The workshop will take place on Friday 26 September from 10.00am to 12 noon at the Irish Linen Centre & Lisburn Museum.

This interactive session will highlight the benefits of creating inclusive workplaces, showing how diversity can spark innovation, attract and retain talent, and improve overall business performance. Participants will also take away practical strategies to embed inclusivity within their organisations.

The workshop is free to attend and open to all businesses in the local area.
