Café Assistant

Job Title: Café Assistant

Reporting to: 2nd Avenue Café Manager

Responsible for: Assisting the café manager with daily operations while supporting adults with a learning disability in a safe and inclusive environment.

Location: 2nd Avenue Café, 52-56 Antrim Street, Lisburn.

Salary: £12.70 hourly

Hours of work: 30 hours per week. Monday to Friday, 8.30am-2.30pm

Job Coach (Catering)

Job Title: Job Coach (Catering)

Reporting to: Courtyard Café Manager

Responsible for: Supporting participants to develop catering skills by working directly within the Courtyard Café, and assist in delivering a comprehensive training programme that builds both practical and transferable workplace skills.

Location: Courtyard Café, 39 Seymour Street, Lisburn

Salary: £13.21 hourly

Hours of work: 30 hours per week. Monday to Friday, 9am-3pm

Horticulture & Well-being Lead

Job Title: Horticulture & Well-being Lead

Reporting to: Director Social Enterprise & Operations

Responsible for: Leading the horticultural and well-being activities at Navigation House, overseeing and delivering accredited training and workshops and ensuring the effective day-to-day running of the social enterprise. The postholder will also be the primary contact for external organisations using the site’s conference, meetings and events space.

Location: Navigation House, Hillsborough Road, Lisburn

Salary: £30,870

Hours of work: 37 hours per week
