Over the past two years at The Gatelodge Café, I’ve grown in confidence and learned new skills. I enjoy serving customers and being part of the team every day.

I have Autism and ADHD and thrive with routine. With support from Stepping Stones NI, I’ve completed Hospitality Skillability and Appropriate Professional Work Behaviour courses.

I’m creative and take pride in my work, especially when I can focus and do things properly.
