When I first came to Stepping Stones NI, I was quiet and still finding my confidence. I wasn’t sure what I could achieve or where I was heading.

Now, I work in the Courtyard Café, where I serve customers, take orders, and handle money on the till. I enjoy my responsibilities and feel proud of the work I do each day.

I’ve achieved my NVQ Level 1 in Food and Beverage Service, completed the SPARKS Numeracy Programme, and started the BLOOM programme, which is helping me develop life skills for the future.

With support and encouragement, I’ve grown in confidence and independence, and I feel positive about what’s ahead.
