Stepping Stones NI is proud to announce a new partnership with Mount Charles, one of Northern Ireland’s leading facilities management and event services companies.

Through this partnership, Stepping Stones NI and Mount Charles aim to create meaningful employment opportunities for those facing barriers to work, while supporting individuals to build skills and confidence. Mount Charles is renowned for its high-quality cleaning, facilities, and event services, and shares our commitment to workforce development and inclusive employment.

The partnership launches with an academy for Event Cleaner roles at ICC Waterfront, Belfast, offering 25–40 hours per week with shifts including:

• Days: 07:00 – 19:00

• Evenings: 18:00 – 04:00
  (Shift times vary depending on event type.)

To support applicants, we’re hosting a two-day ‘Be In Work’ Academy on 24th & 25th November, which includes:

• WorldHost Customer Service Training

• Site tour of ICC Waterfront

• Interview preparation

• A guaranteed interview with Mount Charles

This partnership is an exciting step in connecting local people with rewarding careers in the events sector, backed by expert training and hands-on experience.
