Stepping Stones NI Attends Mayor Grehan’s ‘Inclusion for Disability and Beyond’ Dinner
Stepping Stones NI Delighted to Attend Mayor Amanda Grehan’s Dinner
Stepping Stones NI was delighted to attend Mayor Alderman Amanda Grehan’s dinner on Friday 10th October at the Down Royal Racecourse.
The event brought together community groups, organisations, and individuals from across Lisburn & Castlereagh to celebrate the Mayor’s inspiring vision of “inclusion for disability and beyond.”
It was an emotional, joyful, and fun-filled evening enjoyed by all, especially all of us at Stepping Stones at Table 19, who loved every minute!
The dinner highlighted the importance of supporting young people and adults with a disability to live their best lives – whether that means learning new skills, gaining employment, achieving personal goals, or taking part in activities with their peers.
Lisburn & Castlereagh continues to lead the way in promoting inclusion and opportunity for all. As First Citizen, Mayor Grehan is championing this vision across the community, encouraging collaboration between local organisations and services.
Stepping Stones NI would like to thank Mayor Grehan for hosting such a wonderful evening and for her continued dedication to creating an inclusive city.
Funds raised on the night will support the Mayor’s Charity, Action Cancer, helping to deliver vital breast screening services within the local area.
