Team Stepping Stones NI Takes Part in the Inclusion Cup

A fantastic day of football, friendships and fun.

Our team showcased their sporting skills and enjoyed the excitement of competitive football in a supportive and inclusive environment. There were plenty of brilliant sporting moments throughout the day, with our team showing great determination, enthusiasm and team spirit.

We are incredibly proud of everyone who took part and competed on the day. A huge well done to the whole Stepping Stones NI team for representing us so brilliantly!  We are also so proud to achieve third place in the competition!

A very special congratulations goes to Tina Crossy, who was selected to receive the Coach’s Choice Award.  The award recognises an individual who stood out across the entire tournament for their fantastic contribution. Tina demonstrated wonderful commitment and team spirit throughout the day, making her a truly deserving winner.

Well done, Tina –  we are incredibly proud of you!

The Inclusion Cup is a fantastic celebration of what can be achieved when everyone has the opportunity to take part. Events like this provide an important platform for people with disabilities to participate in sport, develop new skills, build confidence, make friends and enjoy being part of a team.

At Stepping Stones NI, we believe that everyone should have the opportunity to participate, compete and enjoy sporting activities and events, regardless of disability or the barriers they may face. The Inclusion Cup is a wonderful example of inclusion in action and a great reminder of the positive impact that accessible sporting opportunities can have.

We would like to say a huge thank you to everyone involved in organising the Inclusion Cup and to all the coaches, volunteers, supporters and teams who helped make the day such a success.

It was a brilliant day, and we were delighted to be part of it.

Well done, Team Stepping Stones NI!
