We have been supporting people with learning disabilities and barriers to learning and employment to gain new skills, qualifications and jobs since 1998.
Our vision is a socially enriched world where every individual can take proud steps towards a life fulfilled. Our Mission is to nurture the potential of people with a disability to thrive in a socially inclusive society. Our services are designed to meet the needs of clients at different stages of their journey.
Learning Disability Support
Our team is experienced in supporting individuals with learning disabilities. We’ll work with you one-on-one to create a tailored development plan. With the right support, you’ll gain confidence, build self-esteem, develop practical and social skills, earn qualifications, and access meaningful opportunities within our social enterprises or the wider community.
We help identify personal goals and interests, provide hands-on training, and offer guidance through life skills programmes, social enterprise placements, and accredited courses.
Our Learning Disability Support Officers and programme teams are here to guide you, ensuring you gain the skills, independence, and confidence to succeed in everyday life and work.
With our six social enterprises and community partnerships, we provide opportunities to develop skills in catering, hospitality, horticulture, creative arts, and more, helping trainees to explore potential pathways towards paid employment.
